This wonderful donation was made possible thanks to the generous contributions of the Traemoor Manor Neighborhood in Raleigh, NC, and the fantastic efforts of Adam BenMoshe, who helped organize this donation. Jackson's Eagle Scout Project

The Eagle Scout Service program goal is to demonstrate leadership while performing a project for the benefit of the community. Eagle Scout, Jackson Kern, came up with a detailed plan that included; painting mailboxes, spreading the word, buying materials, scheduling the work, purchasing sheets, and a lot more! With the support of troop 132 he did a beautiful job carrying it out! We are extremely proud of all the hard work Jackson and his peers from troop 132 put into making this happen!

Frito Lay is ready to #giveasheet!

Frito-Lay supports the communities in which they live and work. It includes partnering with several non-profit organizations. We are proud to be a part of their giving with the help of the North New Jersey Frito Lay team. This awesome group perfected their giving by collecting donations of playful sheet sets for pediatric oncology patients and then delivering them to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children's Hospital of New Jersey (NJ).

Adam took the lead and run a sheets-raiser with the support of the families and staff at Ravenscroft, where he attends school. The Ravenscroft community, guided by its legacy of excellence, nurtures individual potential and prepares students to thrive in a complex and interdependent world. By presenting Sheets From Home to his community, he was able to raise enough donations to support another pediatric oncology unit as well as help build awareness of our cause.

Special Birthday Gift

Today is a special day. It's my birthday! I am going to show off and tell you that I've received the BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER! I got to visit the Ronald McDonald House in Indianapolis and personally deliver fun bedsheets to the kids there. Seeing the smiles and excitement on the kids' faces picking and choosing their favorite set is PRICELESS!!!

Bar Mitzvah Project bringing smiles to kids at MSK

A generous donation of 72 sheets set was delivered to MSK pediatric oncology unit by the Sharken family as part of their son's Bar Mitzvah project.

We're BACK!!!

After six months 'shut down' we are back at it!! We are thrilled to announce that we had a quick but very meaningful drop-off at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital this morning! Cancer patients are at high risk of catching infections as is, with COVID-19 spreading like fire, there was no way we could deliver sheets to the hospitals. We had to sit tight and wait. It was tough for everyone, but especially for the little ones. Today's delivery gives us hope for a better 2020!

The Hillis bringing smiles to Smilow Cancer Center

Erin and Shaun Hillis did something VERY special. They ran a sheets-raiser in honor of their good friends; Julia Berv and Katie Winkle, both are childhood cancer survivors.  They have also collected sheets in memory of another friend, Jordan Jacques.  The brother and sister collected 74 sheet-sets and donated them directly to the pediatric oncology unit at the Smilow Cancer Center (CT), lifting the spirits of the kids and families there.  Thank you Hillis family, you TRULY made a difference!

Our visit to Lurie Children's Hospital last week was bitter sweet. While we were packing the sheets to the carts, a little girl (who obviously is going through some health issues) walked up to us asking about the sheets. Especially the 'Frozen' one. Her eyes LIT when the staff told her she will get to keep it after her next round of treatments (the following week). The look in her eyes was priceless. Duke Children’s Hospital is a self-contained "hospital within a hospital" on the fifth floor of Duke University Hospital. Thanks to the kind donations of The Lerner School (Durham, NC), we are now able to bring smiles to kids at Duke Children's Hospital too! The Lighthouse Team

During the month of November, the Nativity Catholic School’s Student Lighthouse Team have been collecting donations benefiting SFH. They worked hard to make sure other kids will have a smile on their face! Their kind donation will be delivered to children's hospitals in the Midwest and will help ease the pain of pediatric patients while they are undergoing treatments in the hospital. The Lighthouse team is a student based program that puts special emphasis on giving back to the community.

#DropOff36‬ was a success! With the help of Owen and Anna #SHEETS FROM HOME dropped off over 50 fun bed sheets at Riley Children's Health. Owen and his sister collected sheet-sets instead of gifts for their birthdays. Today they were able to bring smiles to other kids too! Thank you!

What a way to wrap up to 2014! Thanks to the generosity of College Wood Elementary families, SFH completed a donation of over 70 sheets on December 31 to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital's Oncology unit. This hospital has a special place in our hearts. They have an unbelievable team... and this is where it all started for our son and his cancer battle. Here's a picture of him with our volunteers bringing in fun new sheets accompanied by one of the most fantastic doctors in the world.

Sheets From Home has completed another donation in New York, thanks to our generous friends from Frito-Lay. Over 130 fun bed sheets were hand-delivered to the pediatric hematology/oncology unit at the Montefiore Medical Center in NY. Thanks to our donors from the Bronx Zone Team, many kids will be sleeping on fun and lively sheets tonight as they fight their courageous battle to beat cancer.
